Place the large roll of raw paper (usually food grade white cardboard) on the unwinding rack.

Draw PE resin particles (usually LDPE) into the extruder. The extruder melts solid particles into a uniform melt through heating and the shearing action of the screw.

The flowing PE melt film is clamped by the cooling roller and pressure roller, and pressed together with the moving base paper substrate. Pressure makes it tightly bonded, and cooling rollers quickly solidify it into shape.
